Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer - Back End Focus at Kin Insurance, you will develop the products and features that enable Kin to operate, write clean and maintainable code in Ruby and occasionally Python and Typescript, lead pair programming sessions and provide mentorship to junior engineers, drive and foster design or architectural tasks, participate in daily stands and weekly retrospectives, collaborate with cross-functional team members including Product and PMO, provide subject matter expertise and support, and contribute to the overall success of the engineering team.
