Responsibilities

  • Aid TTM and 3PD operations by conducting remote supplier evaluations and monitoring supplier performance
  • Collaborate with the Global Supplier Quality team to coordinate quality management of vendors
  • Act as the primary quality contact for reviewing and approving investigation reports
  • Act as Subject Matter Authority for quality matters related to Logistics and transportation
  • Update Approved Supplier lists and related documentation
  • Ensure operation under GxP principles and wider Pharma Services Group policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures
  • Provide data and documentation to support meetings, management reviews, self-inspections, and audits
  • Work collaboratively and coordinate training for TTM and 3PD quality procedures
  • Advance issues like delays in supplier audits and quality investigations
  • Take charge of overseeing TTM and 3PD document management coordination
