Requirements

Candidates should possess 8 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related field, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a track record of independently managing projects. Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in data-driven decision-making and expertise in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling, are required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English are also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will independently lead complex analyses to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and executive decision-making; build and own financial models and operational frameworks; synthesize large data sets into compelling insights and recommendations; create and deliver presentations for senior stakeholders; partner with cross-functional leaders to align on goals and identify risks; facilitate workshops to define business needs and drive outcomes; develop business cases for new initiatives; apply structured thinking and a hypothesis-driven approach to complex challenges; and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
