Requirements

Knowledge of Comcast products and services, including Internet, Data, Video, Voice, PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location solutions
Ability to create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations
Understanding of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
Skills in territory management, including development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
Proficiency in prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Consultative sales approach to identify improvement areas for prospects' communication
Ability to maintain quality sales records, prepare sales and activity reports, and manage a comprehensive business plan
Experience working with technical, customer service, and support teams
Capacity to maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota
Adherence to company standards, business professionalism, punctual and consistent attendance
Understanding of Operating Principles, customer experience ownership, enthusiasm for technology/products, teamwork, Net Promoter System participation, results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Promote bundled products to provide optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Conduct consultative process to identify areas enhancing prospects' internal/external communication
Manage defined territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
Team with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects for quota performance
Maintain customer satisfaction and positive Comcast Experience impression
Prepare sales and activity reports as required
Stay knowledgeable of products/services, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism
Other duties as assigned
