Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
  • Promote bundled products to provide optimal customer solutions
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
  • Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Conduct consultative process to identify areas enhancing prospects' internal/external communication
  • Manage defined territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
  • Team with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects for quota performance
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and positive Comcast Experience impression
  • Prepare sales and activity reports as required
  • Stay knowledgeable of products/services, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism
