Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, with preference for tech, tech-related, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or other complex industries with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven record of effective communication and project management in business-as-usual and large-scale organizational changes
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with diverse portfolio of communication materials across traditional and contemporary channels
  • Experience creating and managing comprehensive communications campaigns for employees and external audiences, proficient in digital platforms and social media
  • Ability to engage quickly with enthusiasm, positivity, and humility; international work experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies through partnership with Commercial and functional leaders, including writing/editing materials, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support/lead initiatives for enterprise-wide messaging, organizational changes, restructuring, M&A, etc., to achieve strategic objectives
  • Coordinate planning and execution of executive/leadership communications events (e.g., town halls, live Q&A, videos)
  • Develop communications aligned with corporate strategies to engage employees and external audiences positively
  • Determine and implement communication strategies/plans for initiatives/projects, including global narrative, C-suite messaging, story angles, channels; ensure alignment with marketing/comms (Social Media, Brand, Thought Leadership, Events)
  • Track performance metrics, assess channel effectiveness, and adapt tactics
  • Foster collegial atmosphere, collaboration, and flexibility to business needs
  • Foster alignment across cross-functional and regional communications teams
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Mentor and learn from team members, promoting professional growth and excellence in communications
