Responsibilities

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive Comcast experience
Generate new leads through prospecting activities
Manage defined territory with a comprehensive business plan
Team with support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, driving revenue growth
Consistently maintain a pipeline yielding quota performance or above
Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products to facilitate sales
Own the customer experience, participate in Net Promoter System (huddles, call backs), and support company initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
