Requirements

  • Strong understanding of CAD, shop drawings, and production workflows

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison with idX China engineering teams, optimizing communication and workflow integration
  • Oversee engineering resource planning, capacity management, and team development
  • Standardize engineering documentation and processes across regions
  • Support new product development and prototyping in collaboration with Service+ and design teams
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications, safety standards, and manufacturing capabilities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting for engineering operations
