The Senior Bilingual Recruiter should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong preference for experience in a corporate environment. Fluency in English and a second language (Spanish or French) is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and networking abilities are also essential, as is the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
The Senior Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for providing Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for their client and partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They will complete detailed job scope conversations, review applicants via the applicant tracking system, build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns, source candidates through various channels, generate targeted lists, solicit referrals, utilize proprietary software, provide tailored value propositions, prepare candidates for interviews, and ensure timely updates to candidates. Additionally, they will conduct phone interviews, evaluate candidate fit, issue skills testing, and navigate difficult conversations to determine if candidates are a match for the role.
