Candidates should possess 5 or more years of experience administering employee benefits programs and leave of absences within a multinational organization, along with strong knowledge of European statutory and supplementary benefits and experience with multiple EMEA countries. They should also have in-depth knowledge of statutory leave regulations across key European countries and experience working with HRIS and leave management systems such as Workday.
The Senior Benefits Partner – EMEA will serve as the subject matter expert on EMEA benefits, supporting the strategic design and implementation of country-specific benefit and leave programs in partnership with local HR and vendors. They will analyze benchmarking data and market trends to drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, manage vendor relationships, act as a primary contact for benefits inquiries, support benefits communication strategy, collaborate with payroll and finance, and provide audit support while potentially assisting with APJ benefits programs as needed.
