Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable services powering cloud platform’s user-facing experiences (e.g., authentication flows, user access management, Gateways, user features, notification systems, billing, usage)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate tools, frameworks, and customer needs, creating innovative solutions
Design and build backend systems for access to infrastructure resources
Contribute to architectural decisions supporting reliability and maintainability
Mentor engineers, guide design discussions, conduct code reviews, and foster technical excellence and customer-centricity
Partner with customer success and operations teams to create intuitive tools enhancing end-user experience
Develop automation software simplifying infrastructure deployment and management
Implement differentiating features focused on operational efficiency, scalability, and AI services
Work with teams to align technical solutions with customer feedback and operational goals
