Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable services powering cloud platform’s user-facing experiences (e.g., authentication flows, user access management, Gateways, user features, notification systems, billing, usage)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate tools, frameworks, and customer needs, creating innovative solutions
  • Design and build backend systems for access to infrastructure resources
  • Contribute to architectural decisions supporting reliability and maintainability
  • Mentor engineers, guide design discussions, conduct code reviews, and foster technical excellence and customer-centricity
  • Partner with customer success and operations teams to create intuitive tools enhancing end-user experience
