- Partner with stakeholders in Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to identify pain points
- Build custom automations with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Use Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Data Factory, etc.) to orchestrate backend workflows
- Ensure governance, scalability, and security
- Mentor junior/citizen developers and foster best practices
- Track and communicate automation performance metrics
- Build secure, scalable automations that deliver measurable business value
- Strong cross-team collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing
- Deliver automations quickly through agile methods, and track ROI through KPIs
- Familiarize with existing automation solutions
