Requirements
- 5+ years of practical experience in one of the following: RPA/low-code system development, Python-based business automation, SQL-based data warehouse data table/query implementation, or Google Apps Script implementation
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus
- Understanding of agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus
- Teamwork and communication skills, including experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex operational problems and design/implement optimal solutions
- Knowledge of other programming languages (JavaScript, Java, C#, etc.) is desirable
Responsibilities
- Plan and define system requirements for new initiatives and business operations
- System planning and development for merchant management infrastructure
- System planning and development for toC CRM infrastructure
- Promote business improvement using advanced technologies such as AI
- Manage projects from business requirement definition to development, release, stabilization, and ROI measurement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive development
- Develop and implement RPA/low-code solutions for internal operational systems (e.g., identity verification, merchant verification)
