About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager, Business Operations to support our growth from 5 million to 50 million users in the coming years. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving data-informed decisions across the company, with a particular emphasis on our core insurance product. Your contributions will be critical in propelling Jerry towards becoming a $5 billion business by 2030.

Jerry is building the first AllCar™ super app designed to help users optimize every aspect of car ownership, including insurance, buying/selling, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, and more – a $2 trillion market in the U.S. Since our inception in 2019, we have expanded our offerings to include loan refinancing, real-time driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a GenAI-powered chatbot and voicebot. We have successfully acquired over 5 million customers, raised $240 million in funding, achieved a 40X revenue scale, and grown our team to 250 employees across 7 countries.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Define, understand, and test key levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features, extracting critical insights to inform product and business strategies.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• 2-3 years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, and Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations.
• High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis.
