About the Opportunity

Jerry is seeking a Senior Associate, Business Operations to join our dynamic team. We achieved profitability in early 2024 and have ambitious goals: scaling from 5 million to 50 million customers and becoming a $10 billion business.

As a Senior Associate, Business Operations, you will be instrumental in driving data-informed decisions across critical business initiatives, including carrier growth and development, and building new products from the ground up. You will leverage advanced machine learning models to conduct in-depth analyses, extract actionable insights, and shape our growth strategies.

Jerry is building the first super app for car ownership, aiming to make it affordable and accessible. Our offerings include insurance, buying/selling, registration, loans, safety, repairs, and parking, targeting a $2 trillion U.S. market. Since our inception in 2019, we've expanded to include loan refinancing, driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a GenAI-powered chatbot and voicebot. We have acquired over 5 million customers, raised $240 million in funding, scaled our revenue 60X, and grown our team to 225 employees across 6 countries.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies.
  • Experimentation: Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments for new and existing features, deriving key insights to guide product and business strategies.
  • Growth Optimization: Define, analyze, and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
  • 2-3 years of management consulting experience from a top-tier firm (McKinsey, Bain, and Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR equivalent experience in business analysis/operations.
  • High proficiency with SQL and/or experience conducting complex data analyses.
