Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, construction management, or have equivalent years of experience. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience in construction, automation, and material handling fields is required, along with proficiency in managing complex projects, including scheduling, scope, and cost. Demonstrated ability to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and implement solutions under pressure is essential. Proficiency with scheduling software and earned value management systems, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 60% are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The On-Site Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions at client sites, managing projects from site preparation through system acceptance. Key responsibilities include planning and executing projects, managing schedules, procedures, and controls, and serving as the primary communication conduit between the client, internal teams, EPCs, and subcontractors. The role involves facilitating issue and risk identification and resolution, driving continuous improvement of processes, and conducting earned value analysis. The Project Manager will also lead cross-functional meetings, communicate initiative status to stakeholders, and monitor project variances against schedules and costs.
