Responsibilities

This role involves driving new business acquisition within the Commercial Business Unit, focusing on Commercial (CAS) products and achieving sales growth goals through the break specification of LiftMaster projects. Responsibilities include overseeing and tracking a sales pipeline, leading and overseeing break specification projects with dealers and suppliers, building and managing relationships with commercial developers, leading pre and post-installation meetings, securing LiftMaster products as the exclusive brand, developing functional success metrics, utilizing CRM and project tracking tools, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. Furthermore, the incumbent will contribute to team efforts, maintain professional knowledge, and protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
