Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Analytics, or Statistics, and have at least 7 years of experience in digital analytics, with a strong focus on Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Experience with data collection strategies, custom scripting, and tag management tools is essential. A deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including Google Marketing Platform technologies, is required.
The Senior Analytics Manager will design and deploy data collection strategies, documenting implementation plans and guidelines, and implementing advanced tagging solutions through custom scripts and tag management tools. They will also lead client data measurement, strategy, and the daily management of assigned client accounts, focusing on measurement insights, discovery, and optimization of marketing channels and web properties. The role involves presenting project updates and technology use cases to teams and clients, providing support and mentorship to team members, investigating and resolving Google Analytics and Tagging issues, creating tracking plans and implementation guides, configuring analytics tags, validating tracking implementations, and designing reporting dashboards with Looker Studio.
