Candidates should possess 7-10 years of experience at high-growth B2B software companies, ideally in GTM strategy and analytics, business operations, strategic finance, or management consulting. Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets are required, including experience manipulating large datasets and building financial or operational models. Familiarity with SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex is preferred. They will drive operational excellence by embedding insights into GTM operating cadences, improve how we plan and execute by supporting initiatives like account tiering and performance benchmarking, and partner with Data to ensure systems and tooling support self-serve visibility and trusted reporting. The role also involves helping drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance on definitions, targets, and performance metrics, accelerating customer value and business growth, and supporting pricing, packaging, and channel strategy with structured analysis and modeling. Finally, the GTM Strategy & Analytics Lead will shape how we prioritize markets, segments, and motions based on customer value and ROI, and deliver executive-ready insights that connect GTM performance to business outcomes.
