Proficiency in writing sophisticated SQL with a preference for well-architected data models and optimized query performance is required. Applicants should be proficient with at least one visualization and business intelligence platform, possess strong verbal and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to expedite projects while handling ambiguous exploratory analysis. Experience as a technical lead or manager is a plus, along with excellent judgment and business instincts.
The Senior Data Analyst will apply various analytics methods to gain insights into marketing, including multi-touch attribution modeling and paid media ROI analytics. They will consolidate diverse facts into compelling narratives and advocate for data-informed decisions by partnering with key stakeholders. The role includes identifying and implementing improvements within the Data team, mentoring colleagues, and fostering new expertise. The analyst will also contribute to team collaboration and culture.
