Requirements

Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or operations, preferably within the software/SaaS industry or management consulting. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R (dbt experience is a plus), Excel/GSheets, and Tableau is required. A "moneyball" mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a GSD mentality with an entrepreneurial and bias-to-action approach, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration are essential. Empathy and a sense of humor are also valued.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards from multiple data sources to support data-driven decision-making. They will lead aspects of pursuit strategy, including resource allocation, ROI frameworks, and competitive GTM strategy, ensuring collaboration and facilitating leadership reviews. Responsibilities also include establishing go-to-market strategy, sales segmentation, and KPI/scorecard frameworks, as well as owning AI/ML and automation initiatives for GTM strategies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. This includes vendor reviews, piloting, and ROI analysis, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute key projects.
