Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Quantitative Economics, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of data analysis experience using SQL, R, Python, or other advanced statistical techniques is required, along with 4+ years of reporting and dashboarding experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization software. Additionally, 2+ years of experience with CRM/database marketing and customer analytics, including loyalty and lifecycle concepts, is necessary, preferably within the hospitality, travel, retail, or consulting sectors. Strong communication skills, personal integrity, humility, teamwork, a sense of humor, passion for the restaurant industry, and a self-starter attitude with the ability to travel up to 25% are also essential.
This role will manage the analysis and vision for multi-million-dollar loyalty and personalized customer marketing efforts, building capabilities to target guests with personalized communications and offers, and analyzing campaign performance. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign data to optimize and measure performance across all channels, owning the production and process improvement of loyalty program and CRM campaign reporting, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaigns aimed at optimizing customer loyalty and lifetime value. The analyst will also examine customer-level data to understand behavior and trends, providing strategic recommendations for promotional activity optimization and refinement.
