Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key client accounts, particularly law firms
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of client needs
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and superior service
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow client accounts, with a specific focus on expanding client revenue streams
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling additional products and services within existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and sales, to ensure client needs are met and new solutions are effectively delivered
  • Monitor account performance against key metrics and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to inform product development and business strategy
  • Collaborate with other account managers and sales teams to share best practices and contribute to overall business goals
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed
