About the Role

The next step in evolving our shopper journey will be hiring a Senior Account Manager, QSR on our Sales Team. In this role, you'll report to the Sr. Director, Industry on our Enterprise QSR vertical. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Retain and expand Fetch partners.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, particularly sales and marketing leaders and C-suite executives. (We’re not a product or a vendor, we’re a partner.)
  • Client Facing (50%): Ensure that deliverables (including offers, communications, and analytics) meet partners’ needs and requests.
  • Business Reviews: Prepare materials for (and often attend) quarterly business reviews and other key partner touchpoints.
  • Data & Reporting: Ensure partners have regular access to data and reporting to optimize Fetch’s share of partner budget and increase partner spending.
  • Influence & Strategy: Develop your influence skills; engage partners with the value Fetch brings, strategy, and vision.
  • Churn Reduction: Drive value for our brand partners, which ultimately reduces churn.
