Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Manager, QSR, the individual will be responsible for retaining and expanding Fetch partners, cultivating strong relationships with existing clients including sales and marketing leaders and C-suite executives, and proactively engaging partners with the value Fetch brings. They will also prepare materials for quarterly business reviews, ensure partners have access to data and reporting, and develop influence skills to drive partner spending and reduce churn, all while maintaining a deep understanding of partner needs and requests.
