The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing clients in a large market (5000+ lives), ensuring Garner delivers an excellent client experience, executing key workflows and monitoring client health, tracking client success KPIs and mitigating risks through action plans, managing strong client and broker relationships, communicating regularly with stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing client reports and workshops, and traveling up to 15% of the time.
