This Senior Account Manager role focuses on managing a portfolio of large clients (5000+ lives). The primary responsibilities include relationship management, understanding client needs, and daily client oversight. As the main point of contact for key client stakeholders and brokers, the Senior Account Manager is crucial for ensuring client success and retention within this market segment. This role collaborates with the Strategic Accounts team and other departments to advance Garner's mission and reports to the Director of Account Management (Jumbo Market).
