Eventbrite is seeking a Senior Manager of a retention sales team to lead a dynamic team responsible for protecting and growing revenue through account management and renewal of returning sales clients. The role focuses on retaining and growing Eventbrite's customer base, consisting of mid to high-value returning customers, as well as self-sign-on event creators.
The Account Management Team's primary objective is to retain best-fit customers through contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and maximize value from a book of customer opportunities. The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring high client retention, and developing action plans where necessary. This role involves reporting on team and client success, collaborating with sales acquisition leaders for optimized revenue in North America, and coaching individual Account Managers on procedure, technique, and pipeline management to foster career progression and job satisfaction.
As the Senior Manager, you will lead a team tasked with protecting and growing revenue through account management and renewal of returning sales clients. You will be accountable for all revenue and win rate targets for the team. Reporting to the Director of Global Account Management, you will collaborate with them and other internal stakeholders to provide key feedback, execute business success metrics, and consistently drive the team to exceed targets.
The wage range for this role is between $114,200 - $205,700 USD. This range considers various factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business/organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials. Compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Employees may also be eligible for Eventbrite’s incentive program(s) (such as equity, annual incentive bonus, and commission plans), subject to applicable rules and restrictions.
