Responsibilities

The Senior Account Manager will own and manage strategic relationships with key enterprise and mid-market clients, serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, translate client goals, challenges, and feedback into actionable plans for delivery and execution, collaborate with internal delivery leads and project managers to ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and quality standards, support the hiring and structuring of delivery teams based on evolving client needs and project complexity, proactively identify areas for account growth, upsell opportunities, and increased client satisfaction, maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business model, metrics of success, and technical environment, facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, and participate in key planning sessions, retrospectives, and delivery updates.
