Candidates should possess a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales within the manufacturing industry, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Strong knowledge of sales methodology and frameworks, such as MEDDPICC, is desired, along with experience driving consultative, solution-based sales and expanding within strategic industry verticals. Familiarity with TAM/SAM analysis and modern sales tools (CRM, Sequencing, Prospecting, Collaboration) is also required.
As a Senior Account Executive, the role involves prospecting to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, maintaining accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.com, generating new business opportunities within the target account list, building meaningful, long-term relationships with key customer contacts, becoming an expert in customer product development needs and plans, collaborating cross-functionally to win complex deals, and contributing to revenue growth while expanding Fictiv’s reputation as an industry leader.
