Senior Account Executive - Global Sales

Position Overview

Remote is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Global Sales team. This is a pure hunting role focused on driving net new business for Remote by helping prospective and active customers fully experience our Global HR Platform. You will be responsible for responding to incoming queries, educating clients on how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products, and ensuring they understand our fair price guarantee.

What You Bring

  • Proven success in building key customer relationships with decision-makers and champions to drive client outcomes, account growth, and revenue.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, capable of working independently and as an active team member.
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, with a demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Aptitude and eagerness to form deep senior-level relationships across customer organizations, with a proven track record working with small to large-sized companies and senior-level personas.
  • Extensive experience as an Account Executive or related SaaS sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills.
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and act as an advisor.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales accurately to achieve targets monthly.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is considered a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
  • Efficiently present and deliver all information to potential clients.
  • Proactively answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions promptly.
  • Collaborate and communicate internally with key departments that support client processes, experience, and support.
  • Close sales deals efficiently while kindly guiding clients through the process.
  • Provide proactive support and coaching to Account Executives within the team regarding their deal processes.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas based on role level and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Identify new opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Understand the communication needs of small, mid-sized, and large business customers, and design solutions to meet their unique business needs.
  • Self-generate leads by contacting prospective clients via telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and other methods.
