Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying new business role.
  • Proven track record of top performance and diligent pipeline management.
  • Experience selling new technology/services to more traditional customer segments.
  • Experience driving value-based urgency to close deals with an average 45-60 day sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Guide nonprofits through the buying process from demo to proposal to close, primarily through Zoom calls, phone calls, and written follow-up with executive directors, senior marketers, and fundraisers.
  • Prepare for and lead new demos and closing calls.
  • Execute personalized follow-up and manage the sales pipeline within Salesforce.
  • Continuously sharpen skill sets with fellow team members.
  • Report to the Associate Director of Sales, who will assist with proposal preparation, closing deals, and provide monthly coaching sessions.
