  • Salary:
    • United States (USD): Zone A: $125,000 - $145,000; Zone B: $119,000 - $138,000; Zone C: $113,000 - $131,000
    • Canada (CAD): $152,000 - $176,000 Note: Salary ranges are On Target Earnings (OTE) for sales roles, including base salary and commission targets. Ranges may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.

This role is for a Growth Account Executive focused on expanding Webflow's upmarket presence and building relationships with potential and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Central or Eastern time zones.
  • 2 years+ of full-cycle SaaS sales and closing experience.
  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive discovery calls and position next meetings effectively.
  • Ability to engage multiple levels of business users with a strong point of view and value-based positioning.
  • Enthusiasm for testing, tracking, and iterating on sales processes.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously.
  • Strong calendar management skills and ability to complete tasks and follow-ups thoroughly and on time.
  • Knowledge of or interest in web development.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with potential customers to understand their problems and assess Webflow Enterprise fit.
  • Proactively outbound to existing self-serve customers and new customer bases with value-based language.
  • Build a sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from creation to close.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in prospect and customer accounts.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with all inbound leads and outbound targets.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners (Solution Engineers, Legal, SDR/BDRs) to provide customer support.
  • Negotiate annual software contracts.
  • Proactively provide feedback to improve sales processes, with an emphasis on scalability.
  • Position and communicate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions.
  • Identify and incorporate personal interests and development opportunities into the role.
