Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience and a proven ability to run comprehensive discovery calls, effectively position next meetings, and close deals. They should also demonstrate an ability to engage multiple levels of business users with a strong point of view and value-based positioning of their solution, along with a love for testing, tracking, and iterating on their sales process.

Responsibilities

As a Growth Account Executive, you will meet with potential customers to understand their problems and assess Webflow’s fit, proactively outbound into existing and new customer bases with value-based language, build a sales pipeline and drive the full sales cycle from creation to close, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensure timely follow-ups with all inbound leads and outbound targets, work closely with internal cross-functional partners, negotiate annual software contracts, proactively raise feedback to improve sales processes, and position and communicate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions.
