Requirements

  • 3-5+ years as a successful sales leader, preferably in a SaaS environment leading and developing a team of high-growth sellers.
  • Consistent performance in areas such as: ARR bookings, Pipeline Generation, Forecasting and SFDC administration.
  • A proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Project Management, Marketing and Sales Operations.
  • Proven ability to be a "peer leader".
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and stand-up presentation skills.
  • Energized by solving customer's problems - e.g. consultative sales approach.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Law Enforcement Territory Sales Managers distributed across the country.
  • Act as a "player/coach" to continue developing their Territory Sales Managers and territories.
  • Collaborate across the organization (technology, customer success, operations, product, etc.) to ensure Flock’s products continue to be the best tool to solve crime for our clients.
  • Be a strategic thinker with strong relationship building, discovery and creative problem-solving skills.
