Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a team of Regional Account Executives.
  • Focus on our top Public Sector accounts, namely Law Enforcement and Public Safety accounts with 25 to 500 sworn officers.
  • Drive revenue and ARR growth within the Public Sector segment.
  • Implement a solution selling model and guide customers on a platform adoption journey.
  • Collaborate across the organization (technology, customer success, operations, product, etc.) to ensure Flock’s products and platform continue to be the best tool to solve crime for clients and deliver a strong ROI.
  • Strategic thinking and strong relationship building skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
