Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience as a successful sales leader, with a focus on public sector sales. Strong relationship-building, discovery, deal strategy/execution, and creative problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to lead and develop a team of Regional Account Executives.
The Regional Sales Director will build and lead a team of Regional Account Executives focused on Public Sector accounts, specifically Law Enforcement and Public Safety accounts with 25 to 500 sworn officers. They will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing average order size and ARR within the segment, while adopting a solution selling model and guiding customers through a platform adoption journey. Additionally, the Director will collaborate across the organization to ensure Flock’s products and platform continue to be the best tool to solve crime and deliver a strong ROI for clients.
