Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in B2B paid ads, with at least 2 years focused on account-based marketing (ABM) paid ads/demand generation. Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and ABM technologies like Demandbase is required, along with experience in global marketing programs and localization. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, comfortable with data analysis, setting up dashboards, and using analytics tools.
The Senior ABM & Lifecycle Paid Ads Manager will own and execute Deel's global ABM and lifecycle paid marketing strategy. This includes developing and implementing paid campaigns for key accounts to drive performance, awareness, and engagement, and supporting the sales pipeline. The role involves collaborating with ABM vendors, PMMs, Sales, Marketing Ops, and Data Analytics teams to synchronize targeted account lists, motions, and messaging. Responsibilities also include initiating and managing cross-functional campaigns, educating teams on paid motions, and defining and analyzing KPIs to enhance campaign effectiveness and align with sales and lifecycle objectives.
