Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience (ideally 6-7 years hands-on with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingID)
Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingID (must-have: Ping Identity)
In-depth understanding of SSO, Federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), SOAP, and WS-Security
Proficient in Java, JavaScript, and developing or consuming RESTful APIs
Solid knowledge of LDAP directories, Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and application server environments
Skilled in troubleshooting, issue debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), and production support (Priority 1 and 2 incidents)
15 years full-time education
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
Certifications in Ping Identity or other IAM technologies (plus)

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain PingFederate across various environments
Provide production support, debug issues, and resolve Priority 1 and 2 incidents
Develop and enforce policies related to SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and two-factor authentication
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend solutions for recurring issues
Deliver timely updates on service activities and ensure continuity of IAM operations
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for IAM integrations and continuous service improvements
Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets)
Provide break-fix support and optimize IAM workflows and processes
Handle complex IAM scenarios and drive service quality improvements
