Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role, possess customer empathy, and demonstrate excellent customer-facing communication skills. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems is required, along with experience or knowledge of threat detection and incident response. A Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent experience is necessary, and cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations are preferred.
The Security Advisor will assess customer Falcon environments to ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards, providing recommendations for improved security posture and remediation. They will contact customers directly when misalignments are identified, document and resolve customer issues according to procedures and SLAs, and provide service reports. The role involves partnering with internal teams and the support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring overall customer satisfaction and security.
