Responsibilities

The Real Estate Secretary will prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and other leasing documents, coordinating with tenants and landlords to ensure timely lease renewals and compliance. They will draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents related to property management, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and maintain a secure filing system for legal and property-related documents. The role also includes managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports using property management software, as well as handling communication with tenants, landlords, and vendors, coordinating appointments, and preparing correspondence and reports.
