Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience providing executive administrative support to Sr. VP levels and or above, across functions and timezones. They must possess a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and integrity, along with excellent oral and written communication skills and diplomacy. Previous experience and strong calendaring skills using Gmail and Google Calendar are required, as well as problem-solving skills and familiarity with Audio Visual conferencing/event tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. A valid US passport and a driver’s license are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive, executive-level support for 2 or more executives, including calendaring in an ever-changing environment, event planning and onsite support, and coverage when other team members are unavailable. They will handle sensitive information with discretion, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and work cross functionally with other team members. Responsibilities also include booking travel, assisting with note-taking and action item tracking, onboarding new hires, managing information flow, assisting with company events, and proactively identifying improvement opportunities. The role involves strategic coordination and thinking amongst executives and across departments, as well as adhoc projects and requests as assigned, and the ability to demonstrate a methodical and effective approach to projects and deadlines.
