Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting multiple senior-level executives, preferably in a startup, tech, or high-growth environment. They must be comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and project management software, and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

This Executive Assistant will own and optimize complex calendars across multiple time zones for 10 executives, plan and execute seamless travel arrangements, prepare meeting materials and take notes, assist in driving forward cross-functional initiatives and track deliverables, coordinate leadership offsites and team events, support investor meetings, improve administrative workflows, and manage sensitive information with discretion.
