This role supports the day-to-day management of CrowdStrike’s global real estate portfolio, focusing on lease administration, transaction coordination, and vendor oversight. The position involves collaboration with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Accounting) and external partners (brokers, landlords). The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role will also lead initiatives like the Global OnDemand Office program and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Support real estate transactions from initiation to completion, including legal coordination, approval documentation, and communication.
  • Prepare transaction summaries and project approvals, detailing progress, financial approvals, and overall deal costs/benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel on preparing and reviewing real estate legal documents.
  • Manage real estate assets by maintaining Lease Administration software, lease documentation, and tracking critical dates for renewals and terminations.
  • Identify potential conflicts or high-risk items within leases.
  • Review lease abstractions completed by third parties and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure lease reviews accurately reflect pertinent information such as free rent, prepaid rent, and security deposits.
  • Work with the Accounting department to ensure timely payment of rent and property taxes.
  • Reconcile invoices related to rent, operating expenses, and CAM, identifying potential savings or discrepancies.
  • Manage the Global OnDemand Office program, including vendor RFP, phased rollout, training, utilization monitoring, report generation, and direct employee support.
  • Regularly sync with the account manager regarding necessary platform enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in real estate principles, legal terminology, and standard commercial lease provisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology environment, with the capacity to navigate ambiguity, think creatively, and provide solutions.
  • Knowledge of common business applications, including Google Drive (sheets, slides, and docs).
