Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of Real Estate transaction experience, proficiency with real estate principles and legal terminology, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

As a Portfolio Manager, the individual will support the day-to-day management of CrowdStrike’s global real estate portfolio, including lease administration, transaction coordination, and vendor oversight. They will partner with internal and external teams to manage real estate assets, prepare transaction summaries, work with legal counsel on documents, manage lease renewals and terminations, identify conflicts, review abstractions, and manage vendor relationships. Additionally, the role involves leading programs like the Global OnDemand Office initiative, supporting process improvements, reconciling invoices, and collaborating with account managers on platform enhancements.
