Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in sales development, with 2+ years in a leadership or manager role, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment. They should possess a proven ability to lead and grow high-performing SDR teams in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment, a deep understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, tools (e.g. SalesLoft, Outreach), and methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPICED), and strong knowledge of the North American sales landscape.

Responsibilities

As SDR Manager, the individual will lead and inspire a team of SDRs by recruiting, coaching, and developing them to meet and exceed pipeline generation goals. They will optimize outbound strategies, playbooks, and cadences tailored for the North American market, own top-of-funnel KPIs, deliver onboarding and continuous enablement programs, partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align campaigns, and use data to assess performance, forecast pipeline, and uncover insights to improve conversion rates. Additionally, they will identify tooling and workflow improvements to enhance SDR efficiency and enable regional scaling.
