Candidates should possess at least 5 years of Account Management experience, preferably in SaaS sales, demonstrating a proven ability to retain and grow existing accounts, drive net new expansion bookings, and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies. They should also have success in building key customer relationships across various levels, including decision-makers and C-level stakeholders, and proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs and solicit feedback. Strong knowledge of sales processes, the ability to learn complex product solutions, and a solid understanding of Remote’s services and industry position are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business fluency in English, high self-motivation, resilience, and strong business acumen are also necessary.
The Account Manager, AMER-West will manage the entire sales cycle, including retaining existing customer investment, identifying new expansion opportunities, and executing upsell and cross-sell strategies. They will present Remote’s suite of services to existing customers, create pathways for upselling solutions, and ensure the completion of the business cycle. This role involves owning and nurturing customer relationships, participating in strategic events, leading discussions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating proactive client strategies to achieve goals. The Account Manager will also confidently develop pipeline, forecast outcomes, provide accurate reporting data, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and business growth.
