Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in IT project implementation with at least 5 years in SAP projects (end-to-end) implementation
  • At least 3 years of work experience in HRMS SuccessFactors in the assigned area (Compensation module)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementations (experience with other complex ERPs like Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics welcome)
  • Strong business and consulting acumen
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (all levels including C-level) with ability to manage expectations and escalations
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead team to implement SAP SuccessFactors, Compensation module
  • Gather business requirements and define functional specifications with stakeholders
  • Design processes, perform configuration and testing, and handle data conversion
  • Responsible for system customization and all change requests
  • Monitor delivery performance and quality, including system testing
  • Manage all change requests, validate budget/schedule impacts, obtain stakeholder commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams
