Requirements

10 - 12 years of experience in the SAP Production Planning and Quality Management area
8 years of hands-on experience with at least three end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations, including design and configuration
Strong functional and configuration knowledge in SAP PP/QM module, with a focus on Discrete and repetitive manufacturing processes, including documentary and batch management, along with RF usage
Cross functional knowledge of integration with PP/MM/QM/WM/SD
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Interpersonal Savvy

Responsibilities

Design and optimize end-to-end SAP MFG/QM processes
Conduct workshops with business key users/stakeholders to drive strategic and foundational design decisions, providing clear recommendations and best practices
Configure, design, build, test, and deploy the solution, ensuring seamless functionality
Develop strong partnering relationships with cross functional team members and business users
Prepare user training documentation
Optimize and enhance end-to-end SAP Demand to Supply along with Quality Management
Drive strategic design decisions, configuration, testing, and deployment of the core SAP MFG/QM solution including Master data management, Demand Management, MRP, Production Execution, Form & Label Printing
Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and business key users
Work towards harmonization of solutions across different instances
