Requirements

  • Passion for developing a career as a Private Banker in Private Banking
  • Availability to start in January 2026
  • National mobility (willingness to relocate anywhere in Spain at the program's start)
  • University degree (recent graduate or final-year student) in Finance, Economics, Law, or similar; postgraduate training in financial markets is valued
  • High level of English (C1)

Responsibilities

  • Learn the Private Banking business model and available product and service solutions
  • Understand the day-to-day operations in a Private Banking office: commercial activity, client follow-up, client and product management tools, and other functions
  • Manage client portfolios: analysis of portfolios, evolution of products, etc
  • Support Private Banking specialists in client meetings and portfolio management
  • Participate in specialized training, including a Postgraduate in Private Banking for EFPA certification
