Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Analyst. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related integrations is required, along with experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
The Salesforce Solutions Analyst will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions, including custom components and integrations, to support business growth and customer needs. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze impacts, and document solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Additionally, the role involves monitoring platform performance, maintaining data governance and security standards, and partnering with QA for rigorous testing and validation.
