Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex environments, with proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow Builder, and API integration. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is required, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment automation frameworks is necessary. One or more current Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex Triggers, Classes, Controllers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow. They will integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware, and evaluate/implement Salesforce AI capabilities like Agentforce and Next Best Action. Responsibilities include developing custom integrations with third-party tools, automating lead management and campaign tracking, building predictive workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, supporting data model design and migrations, maintaining platform security, providing technical leadership, and managing the Salesforce release cycle using CI/CD practices.
