Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the ongoing development, maintenance, and implementation of call center training programs, including product knowledge updates, sales closing techniques, and systems training
  • Work closely with various department leaders to identify needs for further agent development
  • Monitor the knowledge transition of classroom training to productivity
  • Train best practices while providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to create high-quality agents
  • Collaborate with management to identify company training needs, performance gaps, and implement training best practices to ensure alignment with company needs
  • Administer training for designated customer groups, delivering, projecting, and motivating trainees through effective training methodologies in group and individual classroom dynamics
