Responsibilities

Generate leads for events based on show brief provided by business unit (Data Management)
Enrich current database through internet research (Data Management)
Update or remove existing contacts on the database through internet research (Data Management)
Validate existing contacts/leads on the database (Data Management)
Execute campaigns to invite visitors to events (Event Relations)
Proactively call visitors or exhibitors to disseminate information (Event Relations)
Call potential clients to gauge interest in shows and arrange meetings with exhibitors (matchmaking) (Event Relations)
Respond quickly and efficiently to customer queries via chat, email, and/or phone (Event Support)
Proactively seek out information about each show to provide accurate information to customers (Event Support)
Listen actively, identify customer needs, and deliver excellent service (Event Support)
Ensure all communication (written or verbal) is clear, concise, polite, and informative (Event Support)
Provide ad-hoc support to show teams (Event Support)
Take ownership of queries from start to finish (Event Support)
