Responsibilities

Toont eigenaarschap over lopende aanvragen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid om deze zo snel en goed mogelijk compleet te krijgen
Draagt dagelijks bij aan de verwerking van de werkvoorraad
Is het aanspreekpunt voor incidenten/klachtenafhandeling met betrekking tot ontvangen aanvragen
Is het aanspreekpunt voor de afdeling Operations (documenten verificatie), Sales (dealer tevredenheid) en Underwriting (acceptatie)
Staat in nauw contact met dealers, klanten en collega’s van andere afdelingen om de klant te ontzorgen en de samenwerking met dealers te verbeteren
