The Sales Support Specialist will utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate records of partner and customer interactions, prepare quotations, respond to requests for service, serve as a key point of contact for partners and customers, provide excellent customer service, foster a solution-focused culture, continuously improve sales processes, collaborate with internal teams, process orders in Netportal, track and report on key performance metrics, and provide support to the Sales Team to drive sales and achieve targets.
